Your first appointment is a longer one. We'll go through your history, your medications, what's working and what isn't, and what you actually want out of your care. Come with questions. Schedule your first visit

What happens between now and then

• You'll get a confirmation email from me with your member portal login

• Complete your intake form in the portal before your appointment. It takes a few minutes and it means we spend your visit talking instead of typing.

• Visits happen over video. You'll get a secure link beforehand. All you need is a phone or laptop and a private spot.
