Direct primary care is a membership. You pay one flat monthly fee straight to your provider instead of going through insurance. In return, you get a provider with time to actually know you, visits when you need them, and a direct line to ask questions between appointments.

    • Annual home wellness visit

    • One 60-minute nutrition coaching session plus a 30-minute follow-up
